Assigned to the task of rebranding Big Chopsticks, I wanted to elevate the existing identity to feel more authentic and interactive. I started by redesigning the menu layout and typography to be more intuitive and playful. From there I redesigned the Big Chopsticks logo to feel more cohesive with the developing brand identity, including Mandarin characters and a hand-painted traditional ink brush font. Using the assets I had created from the menu and implementing the new logo, I also redesigned a prospective online order platform for the Big Chopsticks website. The platform can be used as the basis for a more in-depth redesign of the entire website. This new brand helps Big Chopsticks communicate their authentic recipes and their welcoming and fun atmosphere.
